PLEASE READ OUR AGREEMENT BELOW:
Real Cool Productions is a full service, Boston based marketing, technology and production company that specializes in the use of video, animations and digital media to assist our clients. We provide voice over services through in-house talent as well as professional talent hired outside of the company to our clients for their video projects.
Real Cool Productions offers the following agreement to the voice over artist on Voices.com when the job is awarded to them:
First Initial Read:
Our provided script is read and uploaded to the Voices.com site in accordance with Voices.com policy and reviewed by Real Cool Productions and our current project client.
Second Read:
This read will include one round of edits (changes/additions/deletions all within reason) from our client to be submitted by us to the voice over artist for the Second Read. This should be submitted back to us in the same manner as the First Initial read.
Further edits outside of the First Initial and Second Reads:
Should Real Cool Productions or our clients require further edits outside of the standard agreement, we will be more than happy to work with the voice over artist to reach an agreement on appropriate pricing for these edits, to be paid to the voice over artist in a timely manner.
Terms of payment:
After both read rounds are submitted, Real Cool Productions reserves the right to submit the completed read to the client for their review which may take an unspecified but reasonable amount of time to which we will notify both the voice over artist and Voices.com of our progress in reviewing the work and of processing full payment to the voice over artist.
Types of files accepted:
All voice over files should be submitted to us as a wav.file.
Real Cool Productions will not be held responsible for the client’s decisions, actions, or overall use of the finished video project that includes the Voices.com voice over artist’s reads.
