this course provides basic product knowledge about beer. Through this training, you will learn how beer is made by exploring the beer making process and beer adjuncts. You will also learn about different styles of beer and their characteristics, including the differences between domestic imported and craft beers. Finally, you will learn how to store care for and pour the perfect beer. This module addresses some of the causes, assessments and treatments for impaired ventilation and gas transport.
