Welcome to Module one. Lesson three of the United Therapeutics Training Program. This lesson provides an overview of the physiology of blood circulation, focusing on mechanisms in the heart that regulate blood flow and heart rate frame. One Lesson three is divided into three sections. Section one discusses the mechanical activity of the heart. Section two describes the various parameters of measuring the blood flow. Section three discusses blood pressure and intra cardiac pressures. Gender specific advisory services are either being provided to clients as standalone gender projects or are being integrated into projects that have other objectives, such as making smallholder farmers more productive or providing off grid solar solutions. Gender specific solutions provided to clients include advice to financial institutions on developing financial products and services for women. Advice to insurance companies on developing women, focused insurance products and services. Conducting women's employment diagnostics at firm level and increase workforce productivity and women in corporate leadership positions. And providing women entrepreneurship, business and leadership training courses to financial institutions and companies with large supply chains
