LiveAgent - What is Live Chat and how does it work?

Accessing Live Chat

Live Chat is just one of several ways you can contact us at Voices.
 
It allows you to open up a chat window to ask questions and receive support with any account or site-related issues you may be experiencing. 
 
To use Live Chat just click Help at the upper-right and then on the Live Chat link toward the bottom of the screen and you will be connected with a live person who will be able to assist you. 

Regular Support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm ET and Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm ET. Our office is closed on Sundays.
 
If you attempt a chat outside of these hours, or if all agents are busy, you'll have the option of leaving a message which in turn creates a support case and we'll get back to you the following business day.
