This narration will be projected through a 3D computer generated black male character who shares the screen with a female in several e-learning modules. The character appears to be in the 25-40 year old range.

The role is that of an "expert facilitator" teaching new facilitators best practices. That said, we're looking for energy, confidence and personality in the voice.

Here's a portion of the script for audition:

That's a really good point, Michelle. Also know that you’re not expected to have an answer to every single question – in fact, in this course there are no right or wrong answers; the point is to have an open forum for discussion. A good model for questioning is the "pyramid theory" which starts with basic questions and moves to more thought-provoking questions requiring more complex thought. Here’s what I mean.

Start with basic “fact finding” questions beginning with “Who, What, or Where?”. Once facts are established, ask questions that elicit responses of ideas and opinions by beginning with “What and How?” Using this line of questioning builds intensity and encourages participants to delve a little deeper to be better able to answer the more value and belief type question of “Why?”. Many times beginning your questioning with “Why do you think” … may result in a very quiet classroom if they haven’t had time to think through the facts.
